It was an incredible honor to represent the New York State Federation of Republican Women at the inauguration of Donald J. Trump as the 47th President of the United States.
As President Trump took the oath of office, I was proud of the hard work, dedication, and faith of everyone who worked on his campaign. The day was bitterly cold with blocked streets and last-minute changes that prevented many from using their tickets when the event was moved indoors. Despite these challenges, Republicans proved their resilience celebrating this historic moment and the significant redirection of our country alongside legislators and fellow attendees.
President Trump wasted no time fulfilling his campaign promises, signing executive orders and taking decisive action, including measures to secure the border. Every contribution—big or small—played a critical role in this campaign’s success, and I am proud to represent our shared values, vision, and hope for America.
I hope you enjoy the inauguration photos included in this newsletter. Our work is far from over! We remain focused on electing Republican candidates and reclaiming the governor’s seat. I look forward to working together as we strive to bring New York State back and make it great again!
For Liberty and with Gratitude,
Trisha Turner
NYSFRW President

The OCWRC held a wonderful event this Fall focused on camaraderie and support for the upcoming election of local candidates.
Members brought delicious Fall dishes to share, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. If you weren't able to join us this time, we hope to see you next year!

Breakfast Fundraiser Great Success!
Held June 22, 2024, at Champion Hills
Celebrating USA Military Service
Hosted by the Ontario County Women's Republican Club, led by President Trisha Johnson Turner of the New York State Federation of Republican Women, along with Annie Fenlon Chwiecko and Bonnie Ross, this event celebrated individuals who tirelessly fundraise to send veterans on a meaningful trip to Washington DC. There, they visit Arlington Cemetery and reconnect with fellow service members, embodying Honor Flight's heartfelt mission to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Our main speaker was Hank Trickey who was in the US Army 1969-1971. He is a Bronze Star recipient due to heroic actions in a firefight in Vietnam. He took the Honor Flight Mission 82 on April 20-21, 2024.
Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, a trusted leader in the U.S. House of Representatives, honored deserving US veterans at the annual Honor Flight Rochester breakfast on Saturday June 22nd, 2024.
As military mothers ourselves, we stand with Rep. Claudia Tenney in supporting this profoundly positive cause. We express gratitude to her for her service, her son's military commitment, and her unwavering dedication to safeguarding our nation's freedom and democracy. God bless Rep. Claudia Tenney, our veterans, all those who serve, all of those who attended and donated and our United States of America.
Special thanks to Assemblyman Jeff Gallahan, Andrea Kingston Bailey, County Clerk, Livingston County, Assemblywoman Marjorie Byrnes and Senator Pam Helming for their outstanding leadership, public service, and presence at this event.

Caring for America Award May 2024

A big "Thank You" to the New York State Federation of Republican Women and congratulations to the Ontario County Women’s Republican Club on receiving the Caring for America award at the May 2024 NYSFRW conference. We prepared over 350 stockings and delivered a car load of toys for veteran families, in collaboration with Zeldin Cares, Monroe County Federated Republican Women, and Steuben County Federated Republican Women. Thank you to all volunteers for making such a positive difference in the lives of our veterans and their families! #nysfrw #followers
We are making a difference! Thank you to Assemblywoman Marjorie Byrnes and attorney Bobbie Anne Cox for bringing this to the court and for your advocacy! And, for every single voice that rails against this insanity! Don’t be fooled by the language in the bill that couches the word “rights” that also strip parental rights, assaults women’s sports and our own voting rights! We will continue the fight!
